Ultimate Abs - This 10 minute abdominal and core conditioning class is perfect for those looking to firm up and tighten your midsection while developing core strength and stability. Beach Body Boot Camp - This military-inspired fitness class is a member favorite! This outdoor fitness class incorporates the most dynamic, calorie burning exercises designed to take your body and fitness to the next level. Classes are conducted at downtown Albany's Corning Preserve. Core Dynamics - This 30 minute core conditioning class incorporates the use of stability balls, kettlebells, and functional training movements to help you develop a stronger, more defined midsection. Fit Ball - This 30 minute class will help improve your balance, posture, and strengthen your core using the fit ball.
