This 30 min fitness class is a member favorite! This express class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and functional movements designed to burn MAX calories in less time.
Indoor cycling is perfect for those looking to improve their biking performance. You will get a great cardiovascular workout as your instructor guides you over steep hills, fast flats and speed intervals.
Synergy MetCon Circuit
This 30-min class is a member favorite! You’ll experience a total body, fat-burning workout as you alternating between functional strength training and high intensity cardio intervals. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
*Students are always encouraged to train at their own level of fitness. Modifications will be demonstrated by your instructor.
