Join Performance Coach, Bryan Nunziato for a high-intensity, functional training workout. Classes are focused on total-body fitness and combine elements of traditional strength training, interval training, and sports performance . This 30 minute class is perfect for those who want a lean and muscular physique while performing like a true athlete. Join Performance Coach, Bryan Nunziato for a cardio and core training class designed to help build a stronger more defined core. Sessions include: Static and dynamic core exercises with cardio intervals. This 30 minute class is perfect for those who want a tighter and leaner midsection. In this class, you’ll experience a series of poses, designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect to start with a gentle warm-up, move through a sequence of poses, and finish with relaxation and meditation. It’s a great way to recharge and center yourself in a relatively short amount of time. Students will learn about postures (Asana), breathing (Pranayama), body alignment & meditation while having FUN in a positive, welcoming environment. All levels welcome! Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own props. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
