GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
This 30 minute class is designed to help strengthen your muscles, improve balance and coordination, and strengthen your bones. Each class will include the six major movement patterns effective for improving overall health and performance. These movements include; Squat, hinge, upper body push, upper body pull, lunge, and carry. This class is appropriate for all ages, level, and abilities. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced movements options will be provided by your instructor. Day & Time: Tuesday and Thursday 12:15pm - 12:45pm Class Fee: $15/class drop-in Instructor: Bryan Nunziato ZEN YOGA In this class, you’ll experience a series of poses, designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect to start with a gentle warm-up, move through a sequence of poses, and finish with relaxation and meditation. It’s a great way to recharge and center yourself in a relatively short amount of time. Students will learn about postures (Asana), breathing (Pranayama), body alignment & meditation while having FUN in a positive, welcoming environment. All levels welcome! Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own props. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
