Omni Fitness is offering a Mid-day De-stress Yoga class with w/ Kripalu (Hatha)( Certified Yogi D! aka Douglas Goodbee. Classes will be for participants to unwind, decompress as well to recharge, & energize through slower mindful movements coordinated w/ the awareness of our breath. Through our yoga postures, we will be strengthening our bones, enhancing our flexibility and our (ROM) range of motion. We'll also explore our nervous system to lessen our stressors, to relax whatever tensions that we may or may not be aware we are holding on to. To sum things up, our poses and stillness, is where our possibilities of self-healing are manifested for our mind, body, and spirit.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable enough to practice in, bring your mat, water, and props if you choose.
