Q. What are your hours? A. If you are a member, you have access to OMNI Fitness Center Monday through Friday, 5:00am -11:00pm, Weekends 7am - 7pm. Visitors/Guests may only use the fitness center during our staffed hours (Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 8:30am, 11:00am -1:30pm, 4:00pm - 6:00pm, Friday 7am -2pm)
Q. How do I join? A. To fill out an application, please visit us during staffed hours or email us: [email protected] and we will send you an application. Applications must be approved by a member of our management team prior to accessing the fitness center.
Q. I'm a member, can I bring a guest? A. Yes, you can bring one guest for free each month; however, guests must complete the day pass form and liability waiver prior to using the gym.
Q. What method of payments do you accept? A. For membership payments, we require a personal check or certified bank check. We do not accept cash for membership payments. We happily accept cash, check and all major credit cards for fitness training services only.
Q. How do I cancel my membership? A. You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice, no termination fees.
Q. How long does it take to get my access card? A. It typically takes 24 to 72 hours to receive your card.
Q. Are group fitness classes included? A. Group classes are an additional fee and booked via Vagaro.
