OMNI Fitness Center welcomes the Albany Rowing Center back for the 2024-2025 Winter training season!

OMINI Fitness Center is the official training facility for the coaches and athletes of the Albany Rowing Center. Members of OMNI Fitness Center will have the opportunity to participate in two "Learn to Row" seminars and join the athletes in live training sessions led by Albany Rowing Centers' expert rowing coaches.
