ZEN YOGA
In this class, you’ll experience a series of poses, designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Expect to start with a gentle warm-up, move through a sequence of poses, and finish with relaxation and meditation. It’s a great way to recharge and center yourself in a relatively short amount of time. Students will learn about postures (Asana), breathing (Pranayama), body alignment & meditation while having FUN in a positive, welcoming environment. All levels welcome! Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own props. This is a great class for beginners and seasoned Yogis alike.
